After acquiring Linksys, Cisco wanted an updated website to better communicate the extent of their home-networking solutions. The site would need to redefine the long-established Linksys brand, challenge existing market perceptions and attract an untapped consumer type for their new Valet TM collection, a simple solution to high-quality, hassle-free home wireless. With BLITZ’s successful history of developing Linksys campaigns and translating “Geek Speak” into an easily understood language for the mass audience, there was no question as to whom Cisco would approach for their new brand experience.

BLITZ designed the site as a lifestyle proposition and emphasized the seamlessness with which users can incorporate Cisco technologies into their lives. BLITZ created promotional animations for that open the site for each brand, revealing that between the Valet, Linksys and Cisco Connect product offerings, Cisco enhances the Internet experience for the full spectrum of wireless users. Throughout the site we created and incorporated fun, animated demo videos to visually reveal how Cisco products simplify users’ lives.

Each product page includes the “Best For” uses, photos and an animated video of all its special features in use, specifications and a list of related items. Simply put, this site illustrates Cisco’s genuine commitment to meeting the home-networking needs for all of their customers.
