Bioware and LucasArts™ made a huge investment when they developed a massive multiplayer online game based on some of the most valuable IP in the world: “Star Wars.” There was an urgent need to establish an online presence for the game and build buzz well before launch. BLITZ built a very successful and immersive fan site that had a look and feel that grew organically out of the game environment. The experience is filled with massive amounts of content that gives Star Wars zealots and gamers a look into the upcoming MMO. Since the site’s launch, it has received exceptional praise from gamers and industry pundits. Hundreds of forum posts were quickly created by fans and are added to daily.
